CLARIFICATION TEXT FOR THE INTERNET CONTACT FORM

This clarification text is given to Malkan Makina San. ve Tic. Inc. It has been prepared within the scope of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation of Disclosure with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

The business name and title, name-surname, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, and address information of the persons who contact our company through the website are processed for the purpose of conducting communication activities and following up on requests and complaints.

The data in question are listed in Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698; It is processed by fully automatic means in the form of creating information and documents in electronic media based on the legal reason that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.

The above-mentioned personal data processed by the company are transferred to authorized institutions and organizations in order to fulfill their obligations arising from the provisions of the relevant legislation and to resolve legal disputes, and to business partners in order to fulfill their obligations arising from the contract.

Within the framework of the provisions of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; to know whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to know the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred, to request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, to request that your personal data was corrected or that your personal data has been deleted or destroyed, to notify the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, In cases where you believe that a result has arisen against you by analyzing through systems automatically, you have the right objecting to the results and to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer due to the processing of your datas unlawful.
