These terms explain how member accounts created on the website of Malkan Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. are opened, what information is kept in the account, how the account is protected and how it can be closed.

Parties and Scope
The rules of your account are on this page.
These terms apply between persons who create a member account on malkan.com.tr, through the “My Account” page or during an order, and Malkan Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (the “Company”).
Membership is not required; you can also shop without registering.
How Membership Is Created
One e-mail address and one password are enough.
- The account is created with your e-mail address and the password you choose.
- To register, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity; persons authorised to act for legal entities may register on their behalf.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide.
What Is Kept in Your Account?
Only what your shopping requires.
- Name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number.
- Your billing and delivery addresses.
- Your order history and order details.

Account Security
Your password is yours alone.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for activity carried out through your account.
- Do not share your password with anyone; choose a strong password that you do not use on other sites.
- If you think your account has been used without permission, change your password immediately and let us know.
Rules of Use
An account is for shopping.
- You may use your account only for your own purchases and in a lawful manner.
- Acts that would disrupt the operation of the site, infringe the rights of others or mislead are not permitted.
- In case of breach of these rules, the Company may temporarily suspend or close the account; your rights concerning orders already placed are reserved.
Closing the Account
Leaving is easy, too.
- You may request the closure of your account at any time by e-mail or KEP.
- When the account is closed, your account information is deleted; order and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by legislation.
- Accounts that have not been used at all for three years are closed, and their account information is deleted, during the periodic destruction.
Changes
Changes are published on this page.
The Company may update these terms. The current text is published on this page with its revision number and date; orders placed before the publication date are subject to the terms in force on the date of the order.
Governing Law and Disputes
Your rights are secured by legislation.
Turkish law applies to these terms. In consumer disputes, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction; the consumer’s statutory rights are reserved.
