1. Processed Data and Legal Grounds
When you send a message to our WhatsApp line, your Identity (name, surname), Contact (phone number), and Customer Transaction (message content, shared files) data are processed.
This processing activity is carried out lawfully pursuant to Article 5/2-c (establishment/performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (our legitimate interest in conducting communication processes, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed) of the KVKK.
2. International Data Transfer Warning (Important)
Due to its infrastructure provider (WhatsApp LLC), the WhatsApp application hosts its servers abroad. By contacting us through this line, the data you share will technically be transferred abroad.
3. Data Retention Periods and Your Rights
Correspondence conducted via WhatsApp, service requests, and shared documents are retained for a reasonable period required by the processing purpose and in line with our legal proof obligations. At the end of the retention period, data is deleted in accordance with our Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy.
