SAP2002K pneumatic hat press with boiler and double stations is supplied with 2 molds suitable for hat shapes. Features PLC-controlled LCD touch screen, Turkish/English programming languages, manual function control, mold temperature adjustment/monitoring, and piece counter. Two-piece mold stretches the hat from front to back. Two side and additional rear holding/lowering attachments ensure perfect fit. Adjustable mold width for all sizes. Steam and air blow through the mold. Additional molds can be made for different hat shapes. Lockable emergency stop button, high-quality ironing, CE certified. Built-in 20L steam boiler, 0.55 kW pump, 14 kg/h steam, 5 bar, 10 kW heater, 35L Cr-Ni plastic water tank, and pump protection safety system.
