Technical Specifications & Operating Principle
MFM05 steam fabric fixing machine features 3 stations: 1 steam station, 1 drying station and 1 cooling station. Managed by PLC controlled 7″ color touchscreen panel. Intensive steam application with steam chamber system. Two separate feeding units for top or bottom fabric feeding. Automatic spreaders for proper fabric spreading. Belt, fabric feeding, shaking and spreading units have adjustable speed control. Rapid fabric feeding creates piling effect for equal steam distribution. Rear spreading (shaking) unit allows fabric accumulation at desired width with speed and time adjustment. Drying station temperature control is performed via PLC screen. The MFM05 steam fabric fixing machine features pneumatic belt control, silicone coated main belt rollers and mesh PTFE belt structure.
