Technical Specifications & Operating Principle
UP100P2AY steam generator for softening shoes ensures proper softening of the shoe upper and toe puff for precise toe cap assembly. Includes complete stainless steel shoe placement stations and a 2mm Cr-Ni stainless steel 10L boiler. Double safety valve, double pressure switch, thermal fuse, audible and visual alarm guarantee 100% safety. Features 2 adjustable flow steam valves, automatic water feed with 0.55 kW pump, 35L plastic water tank with safety protection against dry running. Upper and lower drainage system (safety equipped). Ready in approx. 10 minutes, easy mobility with wheels. CE certified, operates on 380V three-phase or 220V single-phase electricity.
