1. Data Collection and Categories

Your personal data is collected electronically through website forms, cookies, and log records.

  • Identity and Contact: Name, surname, e-mail, phone number.
  • Customer Transaction: Request, complaint, and order details.
  • Security: IP address and connection logs.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with obligations under Law No. 5651 (Art. 5/2-a), performance of contracts (Art. 5/2-c), and the legitimate interests of our Company (Art. 5/2-f). Analytical activities are based on your explicit consent.

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions, our service providers, and group companies in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is protected with appropriate technical and administrative measures under Article 12 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is retained in accordance with the Company's Retention and Destruction Policy; contact form data for 10 years and traffic logs for 2 years pursuant to Law No. 5651. After the retention period expires, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6. Application Procedures and Principles

You may submit your requests regarding your rights in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.” Applications will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
